Shipping and Returns
1. Reasonable shipping prices are a value of ours at Bazoo and we will endeavour to keep them as low as possible. For now our shipping is R70 flatrate across SA. If it ever changes - we will let you know!
2. Orders will be dispatched once proof of payment has been received. We always aim to get your goodies to you ASAP! Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery.
3. Please note we will not be liable for any loss, damage or incomplete delivery due to incorrect address or absence of customer when delivery occurs.
1. Kindly contact us via email should there be a defect with your order and we will arrange for it to be collect. Make sure to include your order number in the email!
2. Please make sure to read the sizing guides on your garments prior to purchasing. These can be found in the product descriptions. Our baby items are a "true to size' fit, whereas our newer toddler ranges we have gone for a more relaxed, roomier feel. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange it if you are willing cover courier costs or swap in CT.
Please note we are unable to accept returns/exchanges that have been worn, laundered or damaged by the customer. Exchanges on sets can only be made on the full set, not half sets.
3. An exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase.
I RECEIVED A FLAWED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize in advance in the unlikely event this has happened to you. We take utmost care to make sure all our garments are 100% perfect, but mistakes happen. Please email us and we will do our best to fix the situation!
CARE AND QUALITY CONTROL
We always recommend running a delicate cycle to wash any of your little munchkin's clothes, as well as washing on cold to prevent running on colours. Remember that cotton can't be tumble dried - and our sets are all 100% cotton! So cold wash only :)
