HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

We expect our parcels to arrive within 2-3 days of shipping!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Regrettably confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed. Once you have received your order, you can log a return.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE? 

We accept payment from all major banks within South Africa. If for some reason you need to do an EFT, please email us on hello@bazookids.co.za

RETURNS

Kindly contact us via email should there be a defect with your order and we will arrange for it to be collect. Make sure to include your order number in the email! Please note we are unable to accept returns/exchanges that have been worn, laundered or damaged by the customer.

I RECEIVED A FLAWED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize in advance in the unlikely event this has happened to you. We take utmost care to make sure all our garments are 100% perfect, but mistakes happen. Please email us and we will do our best to fix the situation!

We always recommend running a delicate cycle to wash any of your little munchkin's clothes, as well as washing on cold to prevent running on colours.
